The Story

From service, to the slate.

"The mountain doesn't care about your rank, your job title or your background. It only cares whether you keep moving."

Mountain Leadership.

A Qualified Mountain Training Hill and Moorland leader He's now working through the UK's Mountain Leader pathway — formal training, assessments and hundreds of logged days on rough ground across Snowdonia (Eryri), the Clwydians, and beyond. Every adventure he runs is built on that foundation.

The transition.

Leaving the forces is harder than most people talk about. The structure goes. The mission goes. The tribe goes. For Steve, the mountains became the place to rebuild all three — quietly, deliberately, and on his own terms.

The mission.

Most people will never call themselves "outdoorsy". That's exactly who this is for. Beginners, city dwellers, tourists, people quietly burned out — anyone willing to put one boot in front of the other. The mountains are not a private club. They're a public good.
