About

Adventure and leadership.

One framework. Two audiences. The mountains in between.

"I work with people in two ways — through adventure and through leadership development."

In North Wales, the Lake District and the Peak District, I deliver experiences that challenge people physically and mentally, helping them build clarity, resilience and perspective.

My background spans military service, senior logistics leadership, outdoor instruction and endurance events. I now use the mountains as a setting for both unforgettable adventure experiences and high-level leadership development.

Two pathways. One brand.

Adventure experiences are designed for visitors, tourists and individuals who want a memorable, safe and challenging day in the mountains — the escape, the scenery, the achievement.

Leadership and resilience experiences are designed for professionals and teams operating under pressure — built around decision-making, communication, performance and resilience in genuinely challenging environments.

Why the mountains.

The mountains don't care about your job title. They expose how you make decisions, how you handle discomfort, and how you behave when the plan changes. That's true on an adventure day and it's true on a leadership programme — the terrain just does the work that a classroom can't.
